Synopsis
Great European and North American blockbuster about Napoleon Bonaparte. TV miniseries.
FIRST PART. In 1815, after being defeated at the Battle of Waterloo, Napoleon is banished to the island of Saint Helena in the South Atlantic. There he evokes the times when he was a young general: his ambitions, his republican convictions, his love for Josephine, his brilliant military campaigns in Italy and Egypt. Remember also how he conquered power thanks to the coup d'état of the 18 Brumaire of 1799.
