Product damaged during shipping
If you receive a product damaged during shipping, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

SGAME offers its customers a legal guarantee of 1 year (for electronic devices, the rest of the items have 30 days) from the date of receipt of the product. Therefore we do not accept returns of products once this period of time has passed.
Note: When SGAME sends you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you must return the original product within 30 days from the date on which we confirm the replacement order. If you do not return the original product to us within 30 days, we will not send you a replacement product.

For returns from Spain, the return shipping costs are those for home collections (only available for returns from the peninsula, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), the costs are €6.99 (VAT included). To return the items that you do not want and are not defective, we advise you to do it by certified mail, so that it does not get lost.
