Synopsis:
Munich, 1943. While Hitler is devastating Europe, a group of young people, especially university students, resort to passive resistance as the only effective way to fight the Nazis and their inhumane war machine. This is how "The White Rose" was born, a resistance movement whose objective is the fall of the Third Reich. Sophie Scholl is the only woman in the group. On February 18, when Sophie and her brother Hans were distributing pamphlets at the University of Munich, they were arrested. (FILMAFFINITY)
