- Gerda lives with her sullen father Wolfgang in a lonely hotel in the north. Years ago, his mother died during a terrible snow storm. Since then, Gerda's only consolation has been her growing love for Kai, the hotel's bellman.
One night a mysterious woman reserves a room at the hotel. Dressed in white furs and diamonds, accompanied by wolves and with an icy gaze, the strange lady realizes the love between the young. In the middle of the night the woman disappears as mysteriously as she arrived and the only trace Gerda finds of Kai is a disturbing note: Help me! (FILMAFFINITY)
