THE RENTIST INSTITUTE
Since the beginning of the 18th century, the agents of the Rentier Institute effectively dismantle vampire terror that endangers the pioneers of the West, operating as a covert monster-hunting organization. It is currently run by William Rentier, Jesse's father.

Dr. Emilia Blackwell is an expert in medical arts whose skill set ultimately opened the door to the Rentier Institute. Apart from his usual duties as a doctor, he investigates the Sanguisuge. Her talent led her to become the leader of Calico Cell.

jesse he is an extremely competent vampire hunter , destined to succeed his father in the title of Director of the Rentier Institute. He embodies the credo of all RI agents: to safeguard the pioneers of the New World from the supernatural threat that lurks in the shadows of the Old West.
- EDGAR GRAVENOR
William asked Edgar, Jesse's senior agent and trusted partner, to join him at the Rentier Institute, eventually becoming his right hand . Now on the verge of retirement, he is a stoic but loyal man who always has Jesse's back, no matter what.
THE SANGUISUGE MONSTERS
From vampires hiding in plain sight to bloodthirsty monsters on a rampage, the Sanguisuge, long hidden in the shadows, are now emerging as a major threat to humanity.
- NAGALES
the nagals they are fast ganks and melee attackers . They have a unique ability to avoid small caliber fire which they will nimbly dodge. Usually grouped in small groups, their howls can enhance the combat abilities of other Nagals.
- BOO-HAG
Unlike normal Sanguisuge, Boo-Hags they cannot grow their own skin and their intellectual properties are very low . Nonetheless, they are fierce opponents, not shy about attacking humans, often in packs.
- leeches
the leeches they are huge enemies that jump into the fray wielding a massive spiked shield that protects them from most frontal attacks. If their shield is destroyed, the Leechers can regenerate their defenses in preparation for another relentless fast attack.
- NOBLES
the nobles they are the strongest and most powerful of all the Sanguisuge species . Their powerful wings allow for devastating airstrikes, and they can summon swarms of bats to damage enemies and regenerate their own health.

A true staple of the Rentier Institute, the gauntlet it provides solid defense , gives advantage in fights, and is powerful enough to allow its wielder to throw enemies at each other. His upgraded version can store electrical energy, allowing Agents to stun their enemies or simply turn them to ash.

The R.I. Revolver It is practical, fast and reliable . The characteristic hammer mechanism allows for rapid fan fire, provided the hands are skilled enough.
