Synopsis:
Selma is a Czech immigrant and single mother who works in a factory located in a small town in the United States. His only salvation is his passion for music, especially songs and dance numbers based on classic Hollywood musicals. Selma hides a sad secret: she is losing her sight and her son will suffer the same evil if she cannot get enough money to secure an operation. When a desperate neighbor falsely accuses Selma of stealing her savings, the drama of her life comes to a tragic end.
