- Wilbur Walsh is an introverted, likeable and carefree person. Matt Kirby on the other hand is a happy-go-lucky, outgoing, and slightly trouble-making type of character. Both are apparently somewhat aggressive, with few scruples, but basically good hearts. Their first encounter is a fight against a gang. Thinking they make a good team, they plan a robbery at a small supermarket. As always, they make the minimum preparations for the assault and when they break into the premises, they realize that it is actually the Police Recruitment Office and before they know it they are enlisted.
